The reason I am making rescue jewelry

These dogs have come into our lives thru Pet Rescue Society, Inc..  Each has a story of abuse, neglect, cruelty and each has a story of finding a foster home that turned their lives around.  Our own dogs that came to us afraid of humans, they now help us teach a new foster that no human will ever mistreat them  again.  In our home, dogs are treated with kindness and respect, which is the way it should be.  We started by volunteering for Pet Rescue and it changed our lives forever.  And now, as we have slowed down from volunteering and fostering, my passion has turned to making jewelry for those that put the animals first in their lives. We still foster and volunteer, but on a much smaller scale.
Here are some of the faces of our rescues,

These are a few of our rescues.
We lost Sally and Kaylea to old age this Summer, our current permanent dogs are Beau, BellaBlu and Samantha. Our fosters are Addison and a new dog Zeus, not pictured yet.
I wanted a way to show you why we rescue, and where my inspirations come from.  First the dogs themselves, and then the rescuers.

Thank you for stopping by, I will be incorporating the animals with the jewelry blogs from time to time.
